To many, the term black market smacks of a sinister and dangerous lifestyle indulged in by common thugs, or elite mafioso and including activities like jewel smuggling, prostitution, extortion, money laundering, or gambling. But for modern day patriots of liberty, black marketing brings to mind the memories of other types of individuals -- ones with honor who engaged in covert and illegal activities to gain freedom from government control and oppression. Paul Revere. John Adams. Thomas Jefferson. Samuel Adams. George Washington. John Hancock. Ben Franklin. Samuel Nicholas. Hear any black-market bells ringing? You should because those are just a few of some of the most honorable and prolific men in U.S. history who not only approved of black market ops, but some risked their lives to engage in it. Now that I've put black market operations in the light it deserves to be showcased in, let me introduce you to a book by modern-day liberty campaigner, Tarrin P. Lupo. Author/physician/educator/filmmaker/public speaker and liberty activist,Tarrin Lupo has used several avenues to earn a living as a free citizen and educate others on how to do the same thing. Unlike others who shy from government and public radar, Tarrin has stayed on the surface and remained easily accessible in the public arena. It's risky and I admire him for it. I also have great admiration for many aspects of his work, one of which is the book, How To Make A Living Outside The System. Why it should be in your library ... If I listed all the reasons that everyone should read this book, and keep it for a quick reference, we might be here for days, so I'll do my best to keep it short and simple and leave you to discover the rest on your own. One of the first things I hope you'll not do when reading this book, is slide right past the opening information. It's pretty cool stuff and worth checking out. It's produced by Porcupine Publications, and is designated as anti-copyright. That's the start of the out-of-the-ordinary read you'll get from this piece of work, and don't worry, the author explains the why of it. Something else in the beginning that's important to note is the author's statement of the book's printing in the spirit ofagorism. He'll lend some enlightenment on that as well.
It's a win-win buy. You'll get way more out of it than the pennies you spend to buy it, so of course I recommend a copy for you and a friend too, or even several friends! I'll have more reviews coming on Mr. Lupo's work in the near future. In the meantime, you can check out more of this author's work on his website at lupolit.com. A matching set ... This particular book went together so well with a video I was tipped off to by my friend, an awesome East Coast musician and fellow liberty lover, Mr. Eddie Gasi. Eddie isn't the sort of guy who just gets through life. He relishes it, appreciates it and is quick to share information he comes across that is relevant to others who desire to do the same and live free. As Tarrin points out in his book, like minded people tend to be supportive of one another, and in the sect of society that desires to live in liberty, it's no different. That comes down to being aware of the work of others and being supportive of not only promoting it, but incorporating it into our day to day lives whenever possible. These guys do it in their venues, and I do it here. Paul Revere, Samuel Adams and Ben Franklin are long gone, but the spirit of entrepreneurship and the love of liberty is alive and well and still beating loudly in the hearts of many Americans who haven't forgotten their sacrifice or the way of life they gave so much to help establish for themselves and the generations that followed. Bravo, gentlemen! Thank you for your dedicated efforts in educating and protecting life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness! Below is the video Eddie alerted me to that will explain money in 20 minutes. If you think you've got a handle on money and the free market system, please watch it anyway. You might be totally amazed at what you see and learn in this vid and it's simple enough for a young adult to grasp easily, so snag your teen and have them watch it with you! In fact, you should probably insist they do. This is stuff they need to know, and will definitely need to know later! That's it for this one! Thank you so much for visiting today and for allowing me to introduce you to a couple of very talented folks who care about their own liberty, but enough for others to share what they know and lend a hand to others in the same pursuit. They're great guys and I hope you've enjoyed getting acquainted with them. See you again on Thursday at femme's Desk! Til' then, God bless you, thank you for the read and please don't forget to thank a veteran at your next opportunity! femmeflashpoint "Our ignorance is their power."
