This book is a read I recommend for right wingers, left wingers, independents, libertarians, folks who fly along the fence row, and folks who have an intense dislike for anything to do with politics. Whether or not you agree with the author's opinion on Obama Care or Romney Care, I found this book to be an excellent resource in explaining how the healthcare system in the U.S. worked in the past, what changes came along through the years of its existence, how it's working now, and a good understanding of how it will work (or why it won't) later. The author expresses his opinions on many aspects of what should, or should not be happening in the U.S. healthcare system, however, it's not because of his opinions I'm recommending it. It's for the breakdown of how it all happens. Points to ponder ... There are a couple of things I'm compelled to point out to you before you dive in to this book.
About the author .... Dr. Davis is a native of New York City. He was graduated from State University of New York at Syracuse with a doctoral degree in medicine in 1978. He's authored multiple books and in his thirty years of work in medicine, has managed the care of tens of thousands of patients for their internal medicine needs. He's a federal lobbyist with a pervasive knowledge of healthcare-politics. Make the effort to be informed ...
this information from a citizen who is an expert in this industry, rather than a politician, or an expert in a non-related industry. Remember folks ... nothing is free. Someone, somewhere has to pay for it either monetarily or in labor. The wrap ... That's all I've got for today.
Thursday's publication on femme's Desk will have some stuff in it that will likely cause some brows to raise too. It's interesting stuff that we should all not only be familiar with, but adept in our knowledge of it. Between now and then, please endeavor to be safe, warm and well informed! God bless you, thank you for the read and please don't forget to thank a veteran at your next opportunity! femmeflashpoint
